The heirs of the late Francis Ulmer of Greenville, IL have decided to sell all of her personal belonging, furniture and 2002 Dodge Caravan with only 120.xxx miles at public auction. Francis has been a lifelong resident of the Greenville area spending her working years employed at DeMoulin Bros cap and Gown as a seamstress. Bidding starts 12/2/2021at 6:00PM CST PREVIEW: 12/26/2021 at the Bond County Fairgrounds Community Building from 2-5 pm or by appointment Bidding Ends 12/28/2021 with soft close beginning at 6:00PM CST PICK UP:12/30/2021 from 2-6 pm at Bond County Fairgrounds, 608 Ridge Ave., Greenville IL 62246 Bond County Fairgrounds The Credit Card on file will be charged at the close of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. A 4% surcharge will be added to the amount of the purchase and will be charged to your credit card upon settlement of purchases along with a 10% buyers premium immediately following the close of the auction. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes OR by adding to your notes at the registration of this sale) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charged a 10% buyers premium. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charged a 10% buyers premium. Immediately following the close of the auction, your credit card will be charged the amount of your final bid plus 10% buyers premium and a 3% surcharge. If prior pick up arrangement were made and items not picked up by end of pick up time, your credit card will be charged the 4% surcharge mentioned above plus the 10% buyers premium.
