Auction Terms & Conditions Credit cards are the only form of payment that will be accepted for this auction. Immediately following the close of the auction, your credit card will be charged the amount of your final bid plus 10% buyers premium for handling. Shipping charges will be separate and will be charged the day your package ships and will be shipped via USPS. Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS condition. This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 7:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 3 more minutes while maybe other items are closing. This goes for all lots, as long as someone has bid it puts 3 more minutes on the clock for the lot until there is no more bidding Wayne A. Mollett Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Wayne A. Mollett Auction Service is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Wayne A. Mollett, Auctioneer or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Wayne A. Mollett, Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify high bid through online interface. All bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction. Buyer's Premium 10% Buyer's premium will be charged per item. PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE AS ONLINE AUCTION LOAD-OUTS ARE VERY TIME CONSUMING AND WE DO OUR BEST TO ENSURE THAT EVERY BIDDER LEAVES WITH THEIR CORRECT ITEMS AND NOTHING IS LEFT BEHIND. Bring help to load your items, boxes/tubs & any tools you may need to disassemble items Picking Up Your Items: You are solely responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and removal of any items you may win at this auction. The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of items purchased. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the item(s) sold hereunder; and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any liability.
