These are the United States Commemorative Series stamps and have NEVER BEEN GLUED OR HINGED. Don has been collecting for many years there are a lot of hard to find postal and water fowl stamps in this auction. And, this is just one of the multiple auction of his collection of stamps.

Auction Terms & Conditions A 3% surcharge will be added to the amount of the purchase and will be charged to your credit card upon settlement of purchases along with a 10% buyers premium immediately following the close of the auction.
Items that need to be shipped, must have shipping instructions included in your registration. All items and shipping charges will be charged to your credit card within 72 hours of the close of the auction. Shipping will be by USPS unless otherwise specified.
If prior pick up arrangement were made and items not picked up by end of pick up time, your credit card will be charged the 3% surcharge mentioned above plus the 10% buyers premium.

Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards with a 3% sucharge will be charged at close out. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charged a 10% buyers premium. will payment that will be accepted for this auction. Immediately following the close of the auction, your credit card will be charged the amount of your final bid plus 10% buyers premium fplus a 3% surcharge.
