The Jane Whitlock Estate is a great collection of household and furniture items. Jane has lived in the Greenville area for quite some time. She had a great eye for antiques and collectable items. You will find some very nice and unique items in this sale.

Auction Terms & Conditions A 3% surcharge will be added to the amount of the purchase and will be charged to your credit card upon settlement of purchases along with a 10% buyers premium immediately following the close of the auction. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes OR by adding to your notes at the registration of this sale) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charged a 10% buyers premium. Items not picked up in 7days will be charged an additional10% of final bid for a disposal fee!
If prior pick up arrangement were made and items not picked up by end of pick up time, your credit card will be charged for the items, plus the 3% surcharge mentioned above and the 10% buyers premium.
If items have not been picked up within 7 days after the sale, your items will be disposed of as the auctioneer sees fit. You will also be charged a disposal fee of 10% OF FINAL BID PRICE ON EACH ITEM LEFT!
