Mollett Auction Service is providing internet bidding as a service to the bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any claim against Mollett Auction Service or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or duruing the auction. Mollett Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. All bidders will be charged a $1 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder registration. This will appear on your final billing.
