A 3% surcharge will be added to the amount of the purchase and will be charged to your credit card upon settlement of purchases along with a 10% buyers premium for online bidding immediately following the close of the auction. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check may do so at pickup with prior arrangements made.. Buyers attending the live auction will not pay a buyer's premium and can pay by cash, check or credit card, 3% sucharge applies to credit card transactions. Pickup will be auction evening until close of the auction or by appointment only. Shipping is available at buyer's cost. Items not picked up in 7 days will be disposed of or resold by Mollett Auction Service with no funds being paid to the original buyer.
All items sold "As is where is with no warranties or guarantees espressed written or implied" the auction service and its agents along with seller only represent items as they see them. It is up to the buyer to bid according to their own judgement.

Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards with a 3% sucharge will be charged at close out. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charged a 10% buyers premium. Immediately following the close of the auction, your credit card will be charged the amount of your final bid plus 10% buyers premium and a 3% surcharge.
If prior pick up arrangement were made and items not picked up by end of pick up time, your credit card will be charged the 3% surcharge mentioned above plus the 10% buyers premium.
