The heirs of the late Francis Ulmer of Greenville, IL have decided to sell all of her personal belonging, furniture and 2002 Dodge Caravan with only 120.xxx miles at public auction. Francis has been a lifelong resident of the Greenville area spending her working years employed at DeMoulin Bros cap and Gown as a seamstress. She was also an avid seamstress at home, all of her sewing supplies and machines are in this auction. Bid early and often!

The Credit Card on file will be charged at the close of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made.
A 4% surcharge will be added to the amount of the purchase and will be charged to your credit card upon settlement of purchases along with a 10% buyers premium immediately following the close of the auction. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes OR by adding to your notes at the registration of this sale) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charged a 10% buyers premium. Items not picked up in 7days or if arrangements have not been made those items WILL BE DISPOSED OF OR RESOLD BY MOLLETT AUCTION SERVCE ( original buyer of these items will have no right to the proceeds of said items).

Immediately following the close of the auction, your credit card will be charged the amount of your final bid plus 10% buyers premium and a 3% surcharge.
