Gordon Corning of Greenville, IL has sold his home and moved into assisted living. He is offering all of his woodworking, shop, lawn and garden tools at this auction. This is the first of multiple auctions for Gordon. The other sales will consist of his fantastic collection of clocks, miscellaneous household, very nice antique and victorian furniture and Dodge Dakota pickup truck.

PICK UP Apr 1st from 4-7 PM, AT THE BOND COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS- 608 Ridge Ave., Greenville IL 62246
All items that require shipping will be taken to the Mailbox Store in Highland IL for shipping by the following Wednesday after pick. They will contact you by email or phone with shipping arrangements and payment instructions. Mailbox Store's number is 618-651-4700 option 3 if you want to give them a call
The Credit Card on file will be charged at the close of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made.
A 4% surcharge will be added to the amount of the purchase and will be charged to your credit card upon settlement of purchases along with a 10% buyers premium immediately following the close of the auction. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes OR by adding to your notes at the registration of this sale) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charged a 10% buyers premium. Items not picked up in 7days or if arrangements have not been made those items WILL BE DISPOSED OF OR RESOLD BY MOLLETT AUCTION SERVCE ( original buyer of these items will have no right to the proceeds of said items).

Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards with a 4% sucharge will be charged at close out. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charged a 10% buyers premium. Immediately following the close of the auction, your credit card will be charged the amount of your final bid plus 10% buyers premium and a 4% surcharge.
If prior pick up arrangement were made and items not picked up by end of pick up time, your credit card will be charged the 4% surcharge mentioned above plus the 10% buyers premium.
