| Description |
Due to the passing of Art Obermark from Smithboro IL, the family will be offering for sale all of his personal property including farm machinery, shop tools and household items. Also to be offered are some antiques that Art has collected over the years and a 2014 Chevy Silverado with only 33,000 miles. The larger items including this pickup truck,, JD 4020 Diesel (one owner), JD 720 Diesel, Turbo 7700 combine, 7000 JD planter and other farm equipment will be sold live and online the day of the auction starting at 11:00 am with the simulcast sale. Most of the shop equipment, tools, antiques and household will be sold live only on location starting at 9 and will continue after the simulcast. Online buyers will have a 5% buyers premium added to the final bid price. In person buyers will not be charged a buyers premium
The Credit Card on file will be charged at the close of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made! (no exceptions)
A 4% surcharge will be added to the amount of the purchase and will be charged to your credit card upon settlement of purchases along with a 5% buyers premium for online bidding immediately following the close of the auction. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check may do so at pickup with prior arrangements made.. Buyers attending the live auction will not pay a buyer's premium and can pay by cash, check or credit card, 4% sucharge applies to credit card transactions. Pickup will be auction evening until close of the auction or by appointment only. Shipping is available at buyer's cost. Items not picked up in 7 days will be disposed of or resold by Mollett Auction Service with no funds being paid to the original buyer.
All items sold "As is where is with no warranties or guarantees espressed written or implied" the auction service and its agents along with seller only represent items as they see them. It is up to the buyer to bid according to their own judgement.

Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards with a 4% sucharge will be charged at close out. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charged a 5% buyers premium. Immediately following the close of the auction, your credit card will be charged the amount of your final bid plus 5% buyers premium and a 4% surcharge.
If prior pick up arrangement were made and items not picked up by end of pick up time, your credit card will be charged the 4% surcharge mentioned above plus the 5% buyers premium online buyers only.
