Items being sold on this auction are gently used and very clean and include furniture and household items. Bidding starts Wednesday July 13, 2022 7:00 PM CST Preview: Monday July 25th 4-6pm on location at 5 Rogers Dr., Lebanon, IL 62254 Bidding Ends: Wednesday July 27, 2022 beginning @ 7:00PM CST (soft close) Pickup: July 28, 2022 4-6 PM CST on Location at 5 Rogers Dr., Lebanon, IL 62254 **ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THIS TIME NO EXCEPTION, SECONDARY TO CLOSING OF HOME THE FOLLOWING DAY** All items that require shipping will be taken to the Mailbox Store in Highland IL for shipping by the following Wednesday after pickup. They will contact you by email or phone with shipping arrangements and payment instructions. Mailbox Store's number is 618-651-4700 option 3 if you want to give them a call 618-651-4700 option3 for payment and shipping arrangements. The Credit Card on file will be charged at the close of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made! Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charged a 10% buyers premium. Immediately following the close of the auction, your credit card will be charged the amount of your final bid plus 10% buyers premium and a 4% surcharge. Cedit card on file will be charged the 4% surcharge mentioned above plus the 10% buyers premium for all items still left by end of pickup.
